HOW TO MAKE DORAYAKI  FILLING WITH CREAMCHEESE




Dorayaki is a type of Japanese confection, Dorayaki is best described as a dessert with red bean Sweet Azuki Paste filling between two slices of sweet fluffy pancakes.
If you are familiar with Japanese cartoon from the 70's, you probably know this dessert from the anime character Doraemon who is crazy about this snack and falls for any trap involving them.😁

LET 'S DO IT DORAYAKI  WITH FILLING
CREAM CHEESE

INGREDIENTS  "A"
2 large Eggs
30gram sugar
2tbsp Honey
1tea spoon Vanilla essence
Mix well all Above Ingredient

INGREDIENT "B"
Cake flour 100g PLUS
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
add to Ingredient "A " quickly mix
Untill all combined ( do not over mix ya)

After that add
2teaspoon water mix untill smooth
Cover  with plastic wrap
and let it Rest 30minute in a fridge


INSTRUCTION
Heat a pan (the 1tblspoon ) cooking
oil  on low heat
I used Spray Cooking  and
 used none stick pan
Pour 3tblspoon Batter Dorayaki on the Pan
Cook until bubble appear  on the surface then
Flip with  a spatula until  browned
The other side 😊

When done cooked all Dorayaki
keep Dorayaki moist in a closed container cover with plastic bag



INGREDIENT " C"
Prepared
 Cream cheese for fillings in Dorayaki

Cream cheese 100gram
30gram condense milk
1tblspoon sunquick or
( can used 1tbls lemon Juice)
Mixed well untill smooth Add
20-30 gram grated  cheddar cheese.


Filling the Cream cheese in then press the edges to closed if you want too
And  done
Dorayaki filling with Cream Cheese..
