CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP/How to make Creamy Mushroom Soup my own style

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter1/2 pound sliced button mushrooms in Can or Fresh
1/4 cup chopped onion  & 1garlic chopped
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
salt for taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper2
500 ml full cream milk
1 cube chicken stock
300 ml hot plain water
2small cube Cheese optional

DIRECTIONS

In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat; saute mushrooms and onion pepper until tender.
Mix flour with hot water
until smooth,another bowl then mixed and
stir into mushroom mixture. Add milk ,salt, chicken stock 1cube
Stir in remaining broth.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat; stir in cream.
Simmer, uncovered, until flavors are blended, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 2 servings.
